Greedy Guts Butter Chicken Recipe
- Boneless Chicken- 1 kg
- Kalonji- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Tomato Puree- 180 gms
- Cream- 2 Tbsp
- Cooking Butter- 100gms
Ingredients for Marination
- Ginger-garlic Paste- 2Tsp
- Curd-2 Tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 Tsp
- Chilli Powder-1-2tsp
- Coriander Powder- 2-3 Tsp
- Salt to taste
Method for Marination
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate it for 2-3 Hrs
Method of Cooking
- In a pan, Put 3/4th of Butter in slow heat and add kalonji to it, slowly mix it with the butter for a minute.
- Add the tomato Puree into the Pan and stir until the puree turns browns.
- Add the marinated chicken to the mixture and keep it for 15-20 mins till the chicken is cooked, stir occasionally.
- Add the cream to the cooked chicken and mix it well.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve Hot.
